Ban Democrat Party For Past Support of Slavery

Rep. Louie Gohmert (TX-01) delivered remarks on the House Floor regarding his privileged resolution which calls on Congress to ban any political organization or party that has ever held a public position supporting slavery or the Confederate States of America.

Gohmert draws a parallel between the Dem bill to get rid of statutes with the endorsement of known Dems for Slavery.-----a long list of proposals and filibusters all in the name of slavery, and thus the name Democrat must be canned along with statutes and pictures referring to slavery.
