A District Court is supposed to rule today on the McGahn subpoena. Most are suggesting the Court rejects Trump's "Constitutional Immunity" argument. Hard to say, but if it does Trump will appeal, no doubt, but could this lead to Democrats essentially pausing impeachment by "staying" the referral to the judiciary committee pending resolution of these issues?
Most interesting is the conjecture about what Bolton might do if the District Court rules against Trump. Bolton could be a Trojan horse to the Dems (lol), but its at least possible that he sees the District Court giving him cover.
