Very early on, but reported so far are the video..with two or three police officers at the scene and one black suspect WHO VOLUNTARILY GOT OUT OF HIS CAR
the report says he resisted and that he was a security guard
BUT, HE WAS HANDCUFFED . . AND . . .
. . .the video shows him pleading for his life, BEGGING TO GO INTO THE CAR (IN OTHER WORDS, CONCEDING HIS OWN RESTRAINT) and then 8 minutes of no more pleading (reportedly) with the officer still on his neck
CROWD URGING OFFICER TO GET OFF HIM

(THE REPORT SPECIFICALLY STATES THAT NBC DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BEFORE THE VIDEO SO, FOR EXAMPLE, IT COULD BE THAT THERE WAS A PHYSICAL ALTERCATION . . .BUT DURING THE VIDEO HE IS IN HANDCUFFS AND ALLEGEDLY OFFERING TO GO IN THE CAR)
