I own a Mazda 3 and for the most part, I've been very happy with the purchase. However, about a year ago, my dash board started to melt. I did some initial searches on the issue and found that apparently some Mazda dealers were aware of the issue, but you had to fight to get anything done which usually amounted to you getting a new dashboard, but having to pay the installation costs (close to $1k).
