They say they're going to continue to improve it; so, it's not a finished product just yet - no price tag on it. But, they say they plan on distributing it freely.
Should prove interesting . . . the U.S. has some interesting things in this direction as well. There's an effort to shrink fMRI and make a few hundred dollar device that can do everything from seeing cancer and other diseases to reading the mind.
