I imagine a negotiation between Clinton and China or Russia or Saudi Arabia and I would not expect the negotiation to end up being in America's favor.

China is becoming, year by year, a larger power in the world. And because China is coming from position of strength, it will be hard to get any concessions from them.

Russia's history is producing excellent chess players who can look 8 to 12 moves in the future. Russia has very cagey negotiators.

Saudi Arabia, just isn't into having much respect for women.

Another issue:
Clinton has said that in 4 years, she expects to bring to the US, 200,000 immigrants from Syria. Putting terrorists aside for a moment, providing food and shelter for these people would put a considerable strain on the US welfare system. It is because of economic reasons that Europe and Arab nations are closing their boarders to Syrians. Sweden is close to a financial brink.

If it is assumed that 2 out of 100 Syrian immigrants are terrorists, (I think this is a reasonable estimate because Isis has vowed to infiltrate the immigrants to the US), the US could end up with 4000 terrorists. If each of these 4000 kills only 3 Americans, this could end up with 12,000 Americans killed by imported terrorists.
