Don't get me wrong. I'm all for a free Cuba, like I think everybody is. And I hope they overthrow the regime and I am all in favor of people protesting in the streets. I hope they get some results.

But isn't blocking the streets in Florida against the law? Thankfully the police are being kind and understanding and not enforcing the law. What happened to Big Bad Sheriff DeSantis? What happened to the get tough approach?

Florida Adopts Nation's Toughest Restrictions On Protests
The law increases penalties for protesters who block roadways or deface public monuments. It creates a new crime, "mob intimidation." And it requires that anyone arrested at a protest be denied bail until their first court appearance, likely making for overnight jail stays.

So the first chance they get, the police refuse to enforce the law? What are they going to do now if BLM blocks the streets? I believe its unconstitutional to selectively enforce the law against a particular race isn't it?
