Just pointing out the hypocrisy and heading off the Virgil thread where he claims the border crisis is all Trumps fault, without acknowledging that a few weeks ago it was all manufactured.
This has been a loser for Democrats since before they had the wall standoff. Regular Americans are not impressed by the humanitarian argument against borders. I don't have a ton of faith in the intelligence of the public but I think they will remember who was against spending money at the border and who, for months was saying that there was no crisis.
This will cost Democrats and will be a winning argument for Trump in the next election. He's the only one who's been beating the drum about this humanitarian crisis and has been trying to do something about the border.
When Democrats try to blame all this on Trump after the last years of nonsense from them I think it's insulting. We know who is against borders and enforcing immigration laws and it's not Trump.
