I have considered getting my DNA tested. My dad left home one day and never came home. So I have no idea what my family history is on his side of the family.
The man who raised me adopted me and gave me his last name. So even if I wanted to look my biological dad up, I wouldn't as long as my dad was alive.
Just read they can give your DNA to the authorities.
Oh well guess nothing is private any more
