She would never say it directly, but listen to Dr. Birx ween questioned on the weeken news shows about the latest Trump debacle, the disinfectant nonsense:

Trump floated the dangerous possibility at a White House briefing Thursday that Americans could ingest disinfectants as a remedy for the virus — a possibility that was roundly criticized and prompted warnings from health officials and manufacturers of household cleaning products.
“I think I made it very clear in how I interpreted that. I also made it very clear, and so has Dr. [Anthony] Fauci and everyone associated with the task force, in their clarity around this is not a treatment,“ she said on NBC’s “Meet the Press.”"

1) because of the flip flopping lies that followed ("sarcastic" "fake news" etc) AND
2) because he has built his presidency and defended himself on this issue by calling the press liars, AND
3) because he attacked the press for saying they would limit their coverage of his campaign pitches disguises as press conferences."
A PRESIDENT WHO PUTS THE COUNTRY BEFORE HIS EGO AND POLITICAL ASPIRATIONS COMES OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE DISINFECTANT PRESS CONFERENCE AD SAYS "TO CLARIFY, i WAS, IN ESSENCE, THINKING OUT LOUD AND CONVERSING WITH THE DOCTORS THAT WERE THERE, NOT SUGGESTING PEOPLE SHOULD DO THIS."
HE CANNOT DO THAT THOUGH BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE ADMITTING A MISTAKE AND . . ADMITTING THAT THE NEWS IS NOT FAKE NEWS (an essential component of his re-election effort because his lunatic base thrives off of that nonsense)
