Last night I heard Ismael Hernandez of the Freedom and virtue institute tell his story of growing up a communist in Puerto Rico and how he became a freedom loving American. It was an inspiring story and I couldn't help but feel I'd met a kindred spirit.

At one point Mr. Hernandez told of how a good communist was like a drop of water in the huge wave of the revolution. He expanded that the individual was of no consequence, insignificant and nothing but a curiosity in the grand scheme of this life and how he came to learn that the greatness of America lay in the sanctity of the individual. When he came to study at Southern Mississippi University, people saw his worth as an individual not just as a drop of water in the wave.

I say this to Trumpers and teachable left leaners.... The time is now, to stamp out and crush the new progressives. Americans need to get back to the things that made this country great and the greatest of these is to uphold the liberty of the individual above all else. That means everyone's liberty not just the people who go to your particular church or communist party meeting if you're Schiano.

Progressive policies like single payer healthcare are a bold faced attack on the liberty of the individual. These kind of "it takes a village" type of programs, enforced policies, and mandated acceptance for the common good, are nothing but leftist propaganda and crushing of the individual in favor of the state. These policies are intended to turn us all into a drop of water in the wave of revolution.

The individual must be the pinnacle achievement of this great republic. If Trump and his followers can stamp out the new progressives I'll gladly take another four years of his pompous and condescending attitude.

To the devout progressives on this board..... Enjoy your Bernie Sanders and radical progressive candidates. I hope it will be the last time we ever see any of them.
