Fourth Circuit (Carolinas and Virginias) decided that carrying an AR1-15style gun, as opposed to other guns, MAY be a basis to lawfully detain someone because the AR1-15 style gun gives rise to "reasonable suspicion" because it is a gun that is a "great danger to public safety"
