And this is the basic premise:

In other words, the Cocoon told Java that Trump could NOT have engaged in a quid pro quo by holding back defense money to force the Ukraine to investigate BECAUSE “the Ukraine” already opened an investigation in to Burisma and Biden in March of 2019, which is BEFORE the call.
In hilarious twist, Java first post includes this extrapolation:
“ Remember, this is a brand new administration in Ukraine. Why would the US blindly give money to a known corrupt government before trying to see if their claims of cleaning it up were at least in the realm of possibility. That is not quid pro quo. It’s common sense.”
Java didn’t make this story up. As I have been posting for months, it was fed to him by the alt-right cocoon. It’s all over the alt right websites but for simplicity this is Red State repackaging the interview between two KEY people, John Solomon, formerly of the Hill (more later) and Sean Hannity
The actual source is Giuliani, Joe DiGenova and a Victoria Toensig, all three acting on behalf of their million dollar client, reputed Russian mobster Firtash

It is. That’s the problem ... for Trump and therefore Giuliani, Toensig, Di Genova and their client, Firtash, and their collectively mouthpieces, Solomon and Hannity
Solomon left out that the announce March 2019 “investigation” (never happened) was by the prior CORRUPT ADMIN under pressure from all of the above, the actual corrupt ones.
