Ode to DN55, non-gun owning defender of NRA “intgerity”
1. After Parkland the NRA said publicly it would support Red Flag laws (gun restraining orders)
2. In reality, the NRA has opposed Red Flag laws since Parkland
3. The Waffle House shooter was well known to authorities
4. Shortly before the shooting, and despite its public claim of support for Red Flag laws after Parkland, the NRA opposed passage of a Red Flag laws in TN
5. 4 killed with AR in TN by the classic “Red Flag” candidate.
6 The NRA also opposed passage of a Red Flag law in VT. The law passed and was used to prevent a school shooting in VT.

The NRA doesn’t need anyone to bash it because it obviously puts gun profits ahead of lives. Red Flag laws have nothing to do with the 2A right to bear arms because it’s onky a temporary prohibition.
