Nunes is known for responding to question about his conduct with very public lawsuits that often state the amount he claims to be seeking (something that doesn’t occur typically)

While that is an interesting question. They answer appears to be the lawsuits are not real beyond the filing. In other words, he uses a small (multiple Bar complaint) Virginia lawyer to file the suit, but never follows through with any litigation
His former aid and alleged questionable Ukraine expert did the same thing.
