Obviously, Dems want to claim that the current economy is Obama’s economy. Biden said as much last week

The CRS is always described as neutral or non-partisan. As one example, the CRS said Trump’s approach to the wall was legal so I think his Admin quoted the CRS previously. Bet they cry foul now
