And yet, we didn’t have 99 days of rioting, worldwide protests, nation wide protests in 2000 cities and vigilantes going nuts.
What was different?

For 4 years Trump has been dividing and now the country is at a low point because of almost 200k dead etc and he chooses again, for personal political gain, to turn the Floyd disaster into a race war of sorts
Go back and read the coverage of Obama/Biden during the time I mention snd you will see they criticize both sides, try to heal, unite etc.
Today we are seeing the wisdom of the Obama/Biden approach because we are forced daily to deal with the folly of Trump ... AND PEOPLE ARE DYING, CITIZEN versus CITIZEN ... egged on by Trump
