the first one is the letter E.the next ones....I never heard but Im not gonna cheat. Ill see if I can figure them out.

I don't think you can place something between pages 1 and 2....It is one piece of paper ....so it has to be the maid.

Actually it's the last guy. They looked between page 1&2 so they aren't the same paper, so obviously two and three are.

page 2 is always the back side of page 1...same sheet.
