With Trump committed to Roy Cohn politics ("you pull a knife, I pull a gun") this is only going to get worse because, hate him or not, Schiff is a very capable prosecutor and Trump surrogates like Nunes are absolutely nuts and heavily involved in the Ukraine mess, as shown by Schiff with the phone records.

The right side of America is flipping out and crying foul because Schiff subpoenaed and then released PUBLICLY phone records that show Nunes and Guliani, the OMB, an blocked number (Trump?) and former op-ed guy,John Solomon and Parnas all in cahoots

Nunes would probably be prosecuted if Barr wasnt the head. I presume nothing Schiff did was illegal or improoer and in fact subpoenas are public documents (meaning Nunes had knowledge presumably), but its political hardball to say the least.
