The Goonies 2 is coming together a bit quicker than some people might realize.Movie fans of a certain age were more than a little thrilled when director Richard Donner declared that he was putting together a sequel to the beloved 80s classic. The excitement grew to a fever pitch when everyone discovered that most of the original cast would reprise their roles in the long-awaited follow-up.Unfortunately, no one seemed to know when The Goonies 2 would find its way to the big screen. According to the folks at Metro, the sequel could possibly arrive in the very near future.
