Obviously there is a constitutional right to
peacefully assemble (1st Am). The DC curfew didn’t start until 7:00. They started clearing the park before 6:15. The park was televised. It was a peaceful gathering.
Is there anyone who thinks it was proper to clear the park? How about those LibertarianS, surely you think it was improper?
