This is the WH Press Sec statement on today's hearing. The first thing in bold is "spin" because its largely true, but leaves out that the "old" information is damning

We have learned nothing new" from today's proceedings, she said, adding that today's hearing is "illegitimate."

The second thing in bold though is disinformation (liek you would see from Russia or NK)

She continued: "However, buried among the witnesses’ personal opinions and conjecture about a call the White House long ago released to the public, both witnesses testified the July 25 transcript was ‘accurate’ and nothing President Trump has done or said amounts to ‘bribery’ or any other crime."

Here the difference using the definitions:

spin - "knowingly providing a biased interpretation of an even"

disinformation - false information which is intended to mislead, especially propaganda issued by a government organization

The latter quote in bold is disinformation because its not an "interpretation" of events, its a demonstrably false statement. Neither witness "testified" that "nothing President Trump has done or said amounts to ‘bribery’"

The GOP tried to make that argument -- every questioner and even Lindsey Graham - but both FACT witness testified solely to the facts, as they should, neither made the legal judgement that Pres Sec used.

Schiff even made the point I making now, so the press Sec is not slipping up or exaggerating, she is distributing false propaganda, like Trump with China paying tariffs

Truth is dead
