I just went to place a parts order with Charbroil, based in Columbus GA.
First statement on their automated response, "press 1 if you speak English."
Why should I have to press anything to communicate in English?
I vehemently complained and the person I spoke to agreed with me. Change it or lose a customer to your competitor who is no so stupid to use that message.
Am so sick of this language issue. This couyntry's prime spoken and read language is English. If you don't like it, learn it or move.
It will save this country billions (No more dual language instructions with everything you buy, getting a driver license, buying a house, banking etc) and no more "freebies" of any kind, especially health care.
