Just like the tobacco industry before it, the gun industry knowingly trades lives for profits. Here are the absurd statistics:
Americans own nearly half of all guns in the world
US gun homocide rstes are 25 times higher than similar high-income countries
The US is 5% of the world population but we have 31% of all mass shooters
The US easily leads all other countries in mass shootings
