Obviously not identical, but a lot of striking similarities in the reporting:  High crime area, African American community at odds with cops  black kid has encounter with white guy (cop) and dies  initial portrayal is "defenseless kid, shot by white guy (cop)"  now reports that kid was a thief, scuffled with cop  there's even an allegation that the kid turned back http://www.foxnews.com/us/2014/08/18/youtube-video-captures-purported-witness-backing-police-version-in-ferguson/
