Hard to imagine the ignorance and racism stirring in this hyper-political head:
Trump says 'bailouts' unfair to GOP since states needing aid 'run by Democrats in every case'
New York is one of the biggest federal fundING (giver) states and Kentucky and West Virginia are some of the biggest "takers"
Also, CITIES are obviously more hardly hit by CV than the plains of South Dakota and CITIES are packed with minorities in large part because of INTENTIONAL racist housing policies
