Almost 50 years later the Equal Right Amendment has enough states to ratify it, but the Trump Justice Department is blocking it. Technically, that meas the Trump admin does NOT want to Constitution to be amended to read:
""Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any state on account of sex."
So go on and treat those women unequally, maybe they can be be 3/5ths a citizen?
