This is a very recent report issued by The US Sentencing Commission and I am not quite sure, but I think they are only from cases in the Federal Court System.
Illegal Aliens make up about 7% of the population, but in the Federal Court System they account for:
22% of murders
18% of Fraud
33% of Money Laundering
29% of Drug Trafficking
72% of Drug Possession
