In a position worthy of a Cove "debate," White House social media director Dan Scavino defends the grossly misleading video he circulated on Twitter by saying it was "not manipulated," just "clipped."

if you don't know, Biden said this at a rally:
“We can only re-elect Donald Trump if in fact we get engaged in this circular firing squad here. It’s gotta be a positive campaign, so join us.”
Scavino posted an edited version (that Trump retweeted) where Buiden says only this:
"“We can only re-elect Donald Trump.”
Twitter tagged the video and warned the White House. Someone like Scavino only offers that ridiculous defense because
1. Damage already done, so who cares (ie its out in the world)
2. He thinks people are dumb enough to accept (Fox news has an article saying Scavino denies, but without offering his actual denial lol)
