Exclude the current POTUS for best and worst as he has only been in a year and we have to see what happens
For me the best was Washington. I agree with him on many issues, including staying out of foreign conflicts. He set up the precedent of 2 terms. I agree with him that big business can be every bit as dangerous as big government.
Worst by far was Wilson. He was bedridden for a good period of time, so it may not have been all his fault.
The federal reserve was set up,under him. We had no business in WWI. I think he was the one who really got the progressive movement going,
