Does the US need a third party?
AS the GOP shrinks to its base and the Dem party pulls left, are the moderates being left out?
I am not saying Bloomberg is a moderate, but that he views himself as one
Interesting strategy, and obviously you can read into this other motives (last hurrah,fear about exiting Dems) but he is also an "outsider" who views himself as a "moderate" and so maybe he views himself as a wealthy Mayor Pete (“I’m running for president to defeat Donald Trump and rebuild America,” Mr. Bloomberg said in a statement.)
Query whether the result of Trumpism will be the birth of a 3rd party?
