Lets start with the obvious....the offense is going to suck if McCown goes down. Interior guards are mediocre and Glennon is still working on quickening his release. Cousins starting at LG or RG is going to be really, really bad. I rather see the young kids (pick one) get the nod over Cousins. Cousins as a third string reserve is satisfactory...but as a starter asked to going against New Orleans, Carolina, or Atlanta DL interior is plain dumb. Lets hope Streeter keeps this up because right now he is pulling away from the rest of the pack because they are putting on some lack luster performances out there. Bucs coaching staff has 10 Bucs working on return game which is pointless when you have Demps..what a waste of time because to be frank would you cut Demps to keep Luke Stocker or Skye Dawson? Bowers doing interior work is not surprising as he is a one trick pony with power...problem is that Gholston can do that too and he can play the edge. If Bowers can't dominate against mediocre interior the Bucs have this guy is toast. I love the tampa 2 which will allow the safties to make splash plays..expect Barron and Goldshon to have big years IMO. Casillas begged to come back but right now the Bucs have a lot of young hungry LB's making plays out there...he may be a surprise cut. As for Nicks....he can go play with a kite during a tampa bay lightning storm and I would not shed a tear. Our franchise has been cursed enough so not kissing his butt. Moving on, the defense is going to be fun as hell to watch. Offense will be methodical with some big plays from the skill players in space. Nice balanced team but OG is way too weak for my liking and I think the Bucs should have nabbed a veteran DE to round out the DL IMO.
