Alexander, a linebacker for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, will hold a free football camp for Anniston youth from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on June 25 at the Anniston Sports Complex.“We see a lot of violence,” Alexander said, speaking about the county he grew up in, but it doesn’t have to be that way.Broderick L. Taylor II, 17, died on the night of Oct. 31, 2015, shot in the chest on West 16th Street in Anniston during a fight. Taylor was known to express pride in his brother’s accomplishments in the NFL. The two were close, Alexander said.Less than 48 hours after his brother’s death Alexander played what many have called the game of his career: one interception, one forced fumble, 11 tackles.
