What position is likely to get priority in the first round? Arians would have the final say, but he doesn't seem like he is the type to pull rank and demand to make the pick. He trusts Licht, and I think Bowles with his HC experience and the need to improve defense will be given significant input. I think they will put their heads together and come to a consensus as they should. Obviously team needs is always a huge factor, but importance of the position also matters. So here is what positions Arians, Bowles and Licht have given priority to in the past.

1st Round pick positions:
Arians/Bowles in Arizona
2013 OG, Cooper
2014 SS Bucannan
Arians in AZ
2015 T Humphries
2016 DT Nkemdiche
2017 LB Reddick
Bowles in NYJ. Defensive coach took defense 1st 3 years.
2015 DT Williams
2016 LB Lee
2017 S Adams
2018 QB Darnold
Licht in TB Priority was offense until last year.
2014 WR Evans
2015 QB Winston
2016 CB Hargreaves
2017 TE Howard
2018 DT Vea

Total 14 1st round picks Offense 6 Defense 8
Skill Pos. 4 = QB 2, WR 1, TE 1, RB 0 (3 were Licht, Bowles/Arians only picked one offensive skill player. The trio has never picked a RB in Round 1)

DT 3, DE 0 (The trio has shown a clear priority regarding D-line)
LB 2, S 2, CB 1. Arians/Bowles have put "safety first".

OT 1, OG 1, (only 2 of 14 1st round picks to O-line. Licht has never gone O-line which might be a reason to predict he will this time he might favor that.

In fact none of them ever picked the same position twice. So rather than looking for a repeat, you can almost do the opposite.
