OFFENSE#32 YPG#30 Scoring#27 sacks surrenderedBasically any new GM/HC that comes in has a lot of work to do.  Primarily to fix the OL, probably bring in another QB, add a slot WR, and dynamic TE.DEFENSE#16 YPG#12 scoring#23 sacks generatedThe defense was a very big underachiever for a variety of reasons. But the defense does need an edge rusher and another capable CB. Possibly a free safety that can play in space.

Those offense numbers are atrocious! You say a dynamic TE. Do you think Wright will workout long term? I know he is a Rutgers guy, but he did surprise a lot the 2nd half of the season.

Those numbers are bad. But I feel the talent on this team is not that bad! Was Just underutilized, Old coaching staff= Round Peg, square hole.

Bring back Martin and Williams, and we could move up to #20 pretty easily.
