Why wouldn't Manziel throw? I guess if he looked off there it would really hurt his stock.

Yea, youll see a lot of guys "not participate" is certain events if they can opt out and feel that it doesnt hurt their stock as much as doing it would. Still unclear as to why they make OL run 40's.
Apparently he's not throwing at his March 5th Pro day either... WTF?Private workout on the 27th? I sincerely hope the Bucs ignore this ...

Personally I hope the red flags are going up very quickly. He needs to prove his doubters wrong and this is sending out the wrong signals.
I sincerely hope the Texans fall in love with the guy and fold to fan pressure. ;)

a lot of QBs opt not to throw that way they can throw to guys at their Pro Day that theyre familiar with. it makes sense to me but if i was a GM id obviously be slick enough to tell if somebody isnt on page with their receiverwatching OL run 40s is hilarious to me. its just basically to give teams one more meaningless piece of information to think over

Its all well and good until someone like Tae Cody does his worst "Baywatch Intro" run without a shirt. Some things just cant be unseen.
ugggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhwhy did you have to bring Cody up. now i cant get that disgusting image out of ym head. i hate you a lot right now

Ha ha ha...not so much fun now is it? lol
I think its the right move for Johnny. Either way its a risk, but could prove to be most costly if he throws. He and his agent knows he has a lot to prove and it seems on the surface that given who he is and situation that it would be suicide if he did not through. Hypothetically , say he did throw. He would be gong against all the other top QBs at the combine and I think for the folks there would see it as a huge contrast performance wise, even though I think we would do well. In the private workouts, they see one QB and nothing else to compare him with. I just think overall its better for him and a smart move imo.fastest guy - Dri Archerlineman - Greg Robinson (offense), Jadeveon Clowney (defense)gauntlet - Sammy WatkinsWhat does everyone else have for this, just curious...
Real show doesn't start til Friday, right?Still, measurements are always interesting
The bench king is always someone who is a low rounder or udfa. Hardest one to guess IMOWatkins is the gauntlet.Marquis Lee is the fastest
bump
Looks like I'll be "sick" on Monday and Tuesday next week. *cough
