Bortles just said on Sirius that some of the funniest questions he gets are about his girlfriend. No wonder. Thanks Google
Better weight for Teddy than anticipated. Should help his stock.

could we take him at #7 or is he a 2nd round or trade back scenario?

Logan Thomas is a beast of a man. Should draft him as a TE.
Logan Thomas' hands are 10 3/4?! That's like NBA size mitts.
Yeah. That's crazy big. Really do like him as a TE prospect. Wish he would run the TE drills at the combine.
Should because he's not an NFL QB. He's like a poor man's version of Freeman. Still, his freakish measurables will get him drafted as a "developmental" prospect.

2nd round
Garro is not a too 10 pick. While he is very high on some fans minds all the actual analysts still see him as a 3-5 type guy not even an R2 player.
Garoppolo got hyped for awhile, but things have settled down now and most consider him to be a 2nd or 4th round pick now. He's in that group with Carr, Mettenberger, and McCarron. They could all go anywhere between 2nd and 4th. If any of them go earlier or later it would be a surprise.

thats about the 3rd time we have met with him. Everyone is saying 2nd round but who really knows where he is going to go.
I think Garoppolo goes in the second because the risk vs reward is so low that QBs go earlier than people expect.I've come around a bit on Bortles and Manziel lately. I've always thought QBs get pushed into service too early nowadays and teams give up on them too quickly, yet I was thinking about these guys in terms of what they are now vs what they could be in the future. I think Manziel is a terrible decision-maker on the field and will kill whatever team drafts him, but he's played two years of college ball and just turned 21. Bortles is physically the prototype, both in terms of traditional pocket passing and with the mobility that QBs tend to have now. Both guys aren't what I'd like to have on the field today, but given Tedford's reputation as a QB guru, I'd be happy with the Bucs drafting Bortles and okay with them drafting Manziel.I still think Bridgewater is by far the best QB in this draft and Carr is second best, but I've come around on Bortles as a first rounder (and may prefer him to Carr due to potential) and Manziel is more of a second rounder to me now than the third rounder I saw him as before.
For someone as c0cky as JFF is , funny he is scared to throw...
My guess is Jimmy G is going to be our guy in round two. Just a hunch.
@JoshNorris 4mWith 33 3/8" arms. RT @jthom1: Texas A&M OT Jake Matthews did a so-so 24 reps in the 225-pound bench press at Combine@JoshNorris 42sRobinson's 32 bench press reps would be top 11 among OL from 2011. With 35" arms. That strength shows.

I think Bortles goes #1 overall. Not because I think he's worth it, but because I think he fits what O'Brien wants in a QB.
