Was for 2025 as well.

Also, in digging deeper, even when he was on the field he wasn’t the most targeted receiver on the team.

I got nothing

maybe stick to name calling

anything but football

I realize you like showing off your clown shoes. You did, at least, fool your fellow leghumper.

Well done.

Translated.  Per usual, you got nothing. You know moving on from Mike was the best scenario for Tampa given the talent in the room.  Handing over gobs of money to a player who plays less than half the season, when you have capable receivers is silly.  Even someone as dim as you knows this.

n the games Mike Evans played last year, who led the team in targets during those games?

So many reasons for this outside of him being the X.

Such as?

just pointing out that Biggs asked for an example ("such as") and got an example in reply ... had nothing though so went right to the troll (clown shoes etc)

From a pure football sense, re-signing an aging WR who has trouble staying on the field when you have the WR room Tampa has, ISN’T A SMART DECISION.

Speaking of staying on the field.

How many games has Godwin and MacMillan missed the past few seasons?

Neither of them were free agents this offseason.

Neither of them are WR1's either.

But, thanks for predictably ducking the question.

That was further away from the point being made.  You may as well discuss Paris Warren at this point.

With Evans back from injury the Buc’s lost 4 of 5 games.

Not sure what that matters, since he never led the team in targets, right clown shoes?

Just like your "free agent" response when asked how many games Godwin and McMillan missed.

With McMillan back from injury, the Bucs's lost 3 of 4 games.

When Godwin had more than 5 targets, the Buc's lost 4 of 5 games.

Original point.  Vegas likes the Bucs to win the division without either Evans or David

Secondary point -  An aging receiver eating up cap space who doesn’t get on the field for half of the games isn’t worth re-signing.

Whether this was the intention of Licht and the Glazers or not, it worked out better for Tampa the way it did.

In both points, put your#13 jersey wearing, feminine fanboy emotions aside and move on. You’ll be happier for it

For the original point, the Bucs do not have a snowball's chance in Hades of winning the division. None. Call it zero. Hope I am deadass wrong (and for the record, I am not cheering for them to lose at all. I hope they serve me the biggest helping of crow know to mankind).

For the second point, totally agree with the sentiment but it doesn't make it hurt less as a lifelong Buc fan who never likes to see any of our HoF players go somewhere else. Evans will forever be enshrined as one of the greatest Bucs of all-time. There is no shame in regretting his leaving. But you are 100% right, it worked out better for the ownership and GM than they probably thought it would.

If you just take all the emotion out of it, Evans was NOT perceived to be a #1 receiver free agent .... to the NFL

The Bills were the spot. Allen needs a WR. Super Bowl contenders. They traded picks for DJ Moore and are paying him excess of $20 million per year

Evans was reportedly the 49ers third choice and they are paying him $14.

ME is going to be the 1 in SF and if he was going to Buffalo he would be also the 1 there.  Lets not try to pretend otherwise because if he was still a Buc he is a 1 on this current roster too.

tell us about the tooth fairy next?

IF the Bills did not trade picks for ... Evans would have been #1?

good grief  altering reality now

One of the reasons Evans went to SF is because he has the opportunity to be the #1  other reasons too but that is a big part of it  he said he was the missing piece

When on the field (wasn’t very often) Evans received the most targets exactly zero times
