I think it all depends what the Bucs decide to do with Penn, Davin and Nicks. Those three players combinded take up a lot of salary and it also depends on what they do with Glennon in terms of starter or not. Because if you keep Glennon as your guy next year and dump two of the above mentioned three OL along with Koenen then you probably have enough to sign Graham and Hardy. and use the draft for a slot WR, OL, CB, late round QB...

It depends on what the Saints would be willing to spend on keeping him because he is gonna command somewhere in the range of a 6-8 year deal worth a total of $60mil. I am guessing around $25 mil of it guaranteed.

I think Hardy is the key. I think Clowney will be gone before the Bucs pick and there's not another DE or edge rusher that I think can step in right away and take this D to the next level. I think Barr is good but he will take a couple years to bulk up and adapt to being a DE. Hardy can come in right away and give us that consistent edge rusher. It also hurts a division rival.I think signing him is enough on D and would allow you to focus the draft and the rest of free agency on offense...especially along the O-line and at WR, and TE. I am not a Glennon fan and would draft Manziel with the 7th pick. If he's gone then I'd go either WR, OT, or trade down.

I can't see Graham leaving the Saints. He is going to get paid as a WR, deservedly so. I'm guessing 6 year, 60 mil, 30 guaranteed. I'd like to go after Alex Mack,  Michael Johnson, Brian Orapko, Dennis Pitta, and Brent Grimes. After how much we spent the last 2 seasons, I doubt we would get any of them though.

I think I read the Bucs are currently $17 million under next years cap. Penn's cap hit is $7.7 million next year. He is still owed over $650k in signing bonus money. You could rework his deal a little to free up cap room or cut him and save $7 million. Penn isn't horrible. I think he's a little overpriced but would be willing to rework his deal a little and keep him (unless we draft a LT).Nicks counts nearly $10 million against the cap over the next 3 seasons. He was guaranteed $25 million and I don't know how much of that has already been paid. I think most of that was paid out over the first two years and it looks like the last 3 years he has a large roster bonus. If we were to cut Nicks, I still think we save close to $9 million this year and then $10 million for each of the next 2 years after.Cutting Joseph saves $6 million next year and then $7 million each of the following years through 2017.If you rework Penn to save 2 million, cut Joseph and Nicks, you now have $18 million under the cap more...add in the $17 million and now the Bucs are $35 million under the cap.You have to resign some guys like McCoy who is a free agent after 2014...but I can see the Bucs bringing in a couple elite players, a couple lesser but still good players and then drafting to fill the other needs.
