Very true JD, which goes to show that getting it right on a player is not an art, nor a science, but pure blind luck. However when a player actually does better than expected is it not better to nurture that growth to see if it blossoms rather than rip it out and try something else that has yet to show it will grow? Glennon could be our piece of blind luck from the draft, others, who are actually paid to notice, see a glimpse of promise from Glennon, yet members of this board want to roll the dice without actually seeing what we have, and no, 13 games with an abysmal O scheme for a disfunctional coaching staff is not a good basis for measuring Glennon's ability.

See I would believe you if you actually gave Glennon a chance but you bagged on the guy since day one.
Because I have seen him as an average back up QB since day one and have seen nothing to make me think otherwise. The fact he looks like a goofy giraffe is just a bonus. Guy could look like Brad Pitt and sh!t golden eggs...he is still a back up.

"Average" Buc "fans" are also up in here calling for us to trade Doug Martin and explaining how Vincent Jackson is overpaid. At one point, Freeman, Ruud, Joseph were playing at a high level....just not consistently. None of those pundits are saying that now. It is very convenient to evaluate when you have hindsight working for you.
