If we go 7-10, it’s likely baker didn’t perform as well as prior years and similar to 2025; so good riddance if we go 7-10. How is that better than the freeman, Winston years?
im going to say Baker and the offense bounce back. Going to also say the defense and special teams improve but still mid with the offense leading the way
given the rough schedule though, I’m suggesting division winners at 9-8
4-2 in division (losing prime time game)
3-1 in AFC North (losing to ravens)
1-3 in NFC North (beating Vikings only, losing prime time game)
1-2 in other games (losing prime time game to Dallas, also to rams, nice win over chargers)
welp. My 9-8 prediction had a 2-0 start so that would drop to 7-10
it also included a baker bounce back and Bowles getting the defense more mid then shit.
looks like so far baker did not bounce back and is just as mid/shit as he was last year with “injuries and key players hurt”
also looks like the defense is just as shit as last year. 23 points against bengals, ok. 23 points against browns, not ok.
I have no doubt at my mind the Bucs will split with the falcons and 3-3 is likely best we can do in division.
so that’s 6-11 as my ceiling with wins versus Vikings, Steelers, chargers and 3 division wins.
I mean certainly capable of more losses as none of those wins are solid given performance thus far
