With so many reports of Bucs leaning Mariota or Winston every other day which could be the media's doing, I think they may not be sold on either QB.  With that being said I think they should make these 4 moves which I think would make them a contending team.1. Sign Suh to a contract:  Before PewterReport.com even talked about it I saw rumblings of the Bucs being a dark horse for Suh and I was all for it.  You team him with McCoy you pretty much plug the middle and give your outside rushers better shots at applying pressure.2. Sign Bulaga or Doug Free: Its no secret that the RT signing of Cousins was a disaster.  Bulaga will cost more cause of his age but his injury history might keep his price tag down.  If he is too much Free will be cheaper cause of his age (31) but as seen in Dallas last year he still had a great season.3. Re-up David:  This is a no brainer. 4. Draft Arik Armstead:  Doing this would mean they would have to trade down since you wouldn't take him with the first overall pick.  But you trade down with possibly Chicago or the Jets teams that could be ready for a change at QB and gain some draft picks so you can get quality corner's, a safety, and some more offensive line help.  Now I pretty sure this is all far fetched considering not many people trade the 1st pick when one of the biggest needs is a QB.  But I still think Glennon can be good in this league if he is given an actual chance to start.  His rookie season when he had an OC he played above what a 3rd round rookie would play.  With time he could be good.  Either way just something to think about.
