The shoes in that picture with the helmet aren't the right shoes .If you look at McCown's shoes here , the entire toe is grey with a white swoosh on top , as opposed to the golden shoe with the v-shaped gold coloring on top and no swoosh.
In this picture you can see the side of the shoe is completely red ,whereas the one in the helmet pic has a large white swoosh down the side.

Glazers said they do have red socks and orange socks. Just haven't used them in the photo shoots for whatever reason.I agree they do look better.

It's just funny that we went from a bronze we called pewter, to charcoal we call pewter....how hard is it to choose an medium grey that actually represents pewter? Whether you love or hate the new uniforms, you have to admit it is pretty fuggin crazy that the entire Buccaneers organization has not been able to figure out what color pewter actually is in 20 years. Mind boggling.
Also, the one thing we should have actually used and kept from Rutgers was there helmet design. Not the chrome, but the distressed look they do is sick and would look 100% like real pewter if put on a matte grey helmet. Would have been sick as fug with the new oversized logo.

I don't get the "Bucs" being all over the uniform. You don't see the Patriots putting "Pats" on their unis or the Dolphins putting "Phins" on theirs. Redskins don't have "Skins" and the Falcons don't have "B!tches" on theirs. Seems kinda cheesy to have your nickname as part of your uniform.
