The Raiders will be willing to throw cash at a big name coach, whereas we are still paying Lovie because he will not likely get another HC position, and he'll take the money as opposed to being a DC.Point is, yes.. we have the first pick and a good roster. But who is going to want to coach here over all the other organizations available? Our smartest choice may be to keep a little continuity for once, and stick with Lovie BUT....
