This is a MUST read if you're a football fan. An inside view of exactly how an NFL team run by a billionaire can become so dysfunctional.
Also shows how its been impossible for anyone to have success (and how a lot of the issues lead to Haslam).
There's just too much juice in this story, but the back-biting and constant change from Haslam is fascinating. I mean last year Haslam had 7 direct reports - that's crazy.
This piece should also be a clear example to Bucs fans of how incompetent ownership can ruin even the best hires. Or not hire the right people in the first placed (*cough* Hue Jackson *cough*)
