A strange twist in the Brown saga? He's entering a plea to avoid jail time, but part of that is because of this:
"Richard Cooper, an attorney for [the victim], has called the plea deal a fair one. He has said [the victim] forgives Brown and would not cooperate with law enforcement."
Makes one wonder how much the check was for, and did it bounce?
