This whole thing is going to blow up in our faces if Arians doesn’t sign (which he hasn’t yet). In typical Bucs fashion they haven’t interviewed enough candidates, banking on Arians. If Arians leaves us at the alter (we have been there) Bucs will be stuck scrambling for another candidate/ one of the crappy ones they have interviewed already. The cycle repeats, and Glazers have learned nothing. I’m going to be pissed if this falls through...
