And Mike Evans is doing #1 WR things in SF, even with jacked up ribs.

mike smiling ear to ear with Purdy instead of mayfield

Shanahan instead of Bowles...

Mike liked Baker

He's also not running vertical routes 40 yards downfield coming off an injury. Weird right?

is wrong with Justin Herbert?

Still fumbling and throwing horrendous interceptions.

Dude I watched this whole game. He's 1.5 seconds into a play and has 3 defenders in his face.

He's def making bonehead decisions but this is why your o line is so important

Regardless of how the OL performs, the QB has to protect the football. The fumbles and soul-crushing interceptions thrown into double and triple coverage - again this week, without pressure -  can't happen. The OL isn't an excuse for those.

Chargers OL rankings:

Time to Throw: 13

Yards Before Contact Per RB Rush: 14

Rush Stuff Rate: 21

No Blitz Pressure Rate Allowed: 30

Pressure Rate Allowed: 31

Interestingly enough, the last ranked team in Pressure Rate Allowed is the #2 passing team in the NFL - Dave Canales' Carolina Panthers. So while the Chargers OL has been below average, it's pretty clear their QB play is letting them down big-time.

These stats show you that teams don't have to blitz the chargers. Just drop back and watch Pizza Hut delivery drivers tip passes up in the air or run into each other.

Kolar was the top pass catcher last weekend. Big time play maker

Interesting stats on Panthers tho. Be curious if that's a function of blitzing.
