December is the month of disappointment for Buccaneer fans. Again. Again and again and again.I'm not sure how else to express it but I damn sure am going to.The Buccaneers have an almost uncanny ability to disappoint their fans when it matters most. It seems that every damn time the opportunity is there to regain lost season ticket holders, to gain more single seat purchases by winning at home in from of large crowds when it matters most they lose. They lose badly and to inferior teams. The Saints did not win that game to start the stretch of incompetence, the Bucs lost it with stupid penalties and drops. The lowly Rams did not win that game on national television, the Bucs lost it with more stupid penalties and dropped balls. And the Bears? That team of castoffs yesterday stinks and yet the Buccaneers managed to lose that one too with fumbles and terrible penalties at GAME CHANGING TIMES.EVERY time I think this team is going somewhere they BLOW IT!The Buccaneers BLOW IT in front of the fans who matter most, those PAYING top dollar for tickets already and those thinking about doing so in the future. What the HELL is with THAT?Getting beat by better teams is one thing but LOSING to inferior teams over and over to cement the Buccaneers legacy of being the WORST NFL team in December over the past decade is quite another. There have been rumors of a ticket increase what with the brief midseason success the coming improvements (at long last) to the Ray Jay. BAD FREAKING IDEA!!!Answers? I simply do not know. But starting with the Titans game, a near sell out in front of a crowd dominated by home field fans for a change, this team just seems to disappoint over and over again.I can tell you this, from my point of view anyway. 3-13 at home over the past two seasons is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. And to coin what has to be a phrase almost as irritating as "We're going to clean it up"........? IT'S AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
