Assuming we get a new GM next year

If JL is fired and new GM is hired I think the 1st order of business is to find out who the quitters/losers are on this team. I'm not sure if this is allowed and some might not give an answer but here is what I would do. Of the players that are still on the team after this season sit down with each player and find out from them who they feel quit on the 2018 Bucs before the season is over. Once a list of names is identified (names that come up multiple times) cut their ass. I don't care who they are or how much their cap hit is. Get of the quitter/loser mentality off this team. You can already see it in some of the players play and there's still 6 games left in the season.
